EORTC - IROC Houston OSLD/TLD Monitoring Program

Fees

 

The IROC Houston’s fee for the OSLD/TLD service will be US$ 300 for shipping, handling and processing and US$ 110 for each beam measured (either photon or electron) included in the same OSLD/TLD shipment.

Therefore, the fee for an institution wishing to measure 3 photon beams and 3 electron beams will be US$ 300 + (6 x US$ 110) = US$ 960. An appropriately sized OSLD/TLD block will be provided for each photon energy requested and a block with OSLD/TLD at depths corresponding approximately to d-max and d-80 will be provided for each electron energy to allow an estimate of percent depth dose.

If an audit results are falling outside the EORTC acceptance criteria (+/- 5%), the institution will be contacted and provided the option of repeating the audit for the problematic beam(s) at the same cost formula stated above.

Note that the IROC Houston’s fee includes the cost of shipping round-trip plus handling charges.

Invoices will be sent out within one week of the OSLD/TLD shipment and will be sent electronically to the billing contact you provided when you completed the New Institution’s Demographics Form or the physicist of record. Invoices can be paid by check or by bank/wire transfer.
